Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and FLIP, the operator of this app, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (“FLIP”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, purchasing FLIP Coins, unlocking a route, posting content, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FLIP.
1. Eligibility and accounts. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, to make purchases. Users aged 13–17 may use FLIP only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf and is responsible for their use, purchases, and safety. FLIP is not directed to children under 13. Your account is personal and non-transferable; you are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Guest sessions are for evaluation only — guest data may be deleted at any time and may not be recoverable. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, fraud (including location spoofing or refund abuse), or conduct that creates risk for FLIP, other users, or third parties.
2. The service. FLIP is a platform where independent creators publish location-based walking routes made of real-world stops and digital content. FLIP is a platform, not a tour operator, travel agent, or guide. Except for content labelled as FLIP Originals or editorial articles, route content is created by independent creators. FLIP does not verify the physical safety, legality, accessibility, or accuracy of any route or stop, and moderation review is not such verification or an endorsement. Routes describe real places that change without notice; all content is provided for guidance and entertainment only and may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete at any time.
3. International use and local laws. FLIP is operated from Hong Kong, but routes may be located anywhere in the world. When you walk a route you are physically present in a real jurisdiction, and you alone are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, and customs of the place where you actually are — including traffic and pedestrian rules, trespass and land-access laws, photography and filming restrictions, rules of parks and protected areas, and local public-order rules. FLIP does not warrant that any route or stop is legal, permitted, safe, or accessible where it is located; availability in the app is not a representation that visiting is lawful for you. If you are travelling, you are solely responsible for your own travel arrangements and legal status: visas, insurance, health requirements, and official travel advisories. We may geo-restrict, modify, or remove routes or features in particular territories at any time to comply with local law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract; those rights apply to you notwithstanding anything else here.
4. Physical activity, safety, and assumption of risk. Walking a route is a physical, outdoor activity in places FLIP does not control. Risks include vehicle traffic, uneven or hazardous terrain, weather, crime, wildlife, closures, crowds, and your own health condition. You participate entirely at your own risk and assume all risks arising from following a route, in any country. You agree to obey all traffic laws and signage, remain aware of your surroundings, never interact with the app while crossing roads, cycling, or driving, stay out of private property and restricted or dangerous areas even if content appears to direct you there, assess your own fitness and conditions, and supervise any minors walking with you. Route metadata (difficulty, duration, accessibility) is creator-set and indicative only. GPS, maps, and directions may be inaccurate; navigation decisions are yours. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLIP is not liable for personal injury, death, property damage, or fines arising from your participation in a route or presence at any location, whether or not route content was inaccurate.
5. FLIP Coins. Coins are a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access features within FLIP. Coins are not money, have no cash value in any currency, are not property, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the service, and cannot be sold or traded between users except through in-app features we provide (such as gifting). Coins are bought as packs through the App Store or Google Play, or earned through in-app rewards. Purchased (base) coins never expire; bonus and reward coins expire approximately 12 months after they are granted and are spent first. Expired coins are forfeited without compensation. All coin purchases are final; pack refunds are governed by Apple and Google policies and any non-waivable local rights. Where law grants a withdrawal (“cooling-off”) right for digital content, you consent to immediate delivery of coins, which may end that right once coins are credited, to the extent that law permits. If a pack purchase is refunded or charged back, the corresponding coins (including bonuses) are removed; coins already spent become a negative balance that blocks further unlocks until covered. We may change coin pricing, pack contents, bonuses, earning rates, tier benefits, and expiry rules prospectively at any time. On account termination, unused coins are forfeited except where law requires otherwise.
6. Route unlocks, gifts, group unlocks, and tips. Unlocking a route grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access its content within FLIP; you do not acquire ownership of any content. Each unlock covers one walk, and it is used once you open the walk’s first stop. An unlock you have not used does not expire, except that a route unlocked with a shop pass is available only while the pass lasts. A walk closes 24 hours after you start it, or earlier when you open or skip the last stop or choose “End walk”. If a walk closes before you open any stop, the unlock stays unused and you can start again. Stops open in route order, and any you have not reached when the walk closes count as skipped. For two hours after a walk closes you can reopen the stops you visited; after that the route’s content locks again, and walking it again needs a new unlock. Your records, achievements, photos, and guestbook entries remain. Once used, an unlock is final — no refunds for change of mind, partial completion, weather, travel plan changes, closures of individual stops, or dissatisfaction, except as set out in section 7 or required by law. Gifts are delivered by redemption code; the sender may cancel an unclaimed gift within 14 days for a coin refund, and claimed gifts are final. Codes act as bearer instruments inside the app — protect them. Group unlocks cover the buyer plus a stated number of companions via invite code; unused companion slots are not refunded. Tips are voluntary, final, and non-refundable; a tip is a payment of coins to FLIP, of which FLIP remits a share to the creator under our then-current schedule.
7. Withdrawn routes and content changes. A route may be withdrawn at any time by its creator or by FLIP, including immediately and without notice for safety, legal, or policy reasons. If its creator withdraws a route you unlocked before you have opened any of its stops, your unlock is cancelled and the full coin price you paid is automatically returned to your balance. If you have already opened a stop, your unlock has been used: there is no refund, but you can keep walking until your walk closes. If FLIP removes a route for safety, legal, or policy reasons, every unlock whose walk has not closed is cancelled and refunded, including walks part-way through. Refunded coins keep the same expiry as the coins you spent (and at least 30 days from the refund). This coin refund is your sole and exclusive remedy for a withdrawn route, except for non-waivable local rights. Walks that have already closed are never affected: your records, achievements, and photos remain. Creators may correct content or retire individual stops (for example where a location closes); retired stops never block completion. If so many stops are retired that a route is materially reduced, it is withdrawn automatically and the rules above apply.
8. FLIP+ subscription. FLIP+ is an auto-renewing monthly subscription purchased through Apple or Google. It renews automatically each month at the then-current local price until you cancel in your app store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Benefits are as described in-app and may change prospectively; monthly coins granted under FLIP+ are subject to section 5. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund the current period; refunds are governed by Apple/Google policies and any non-waivable local rights.
9. Rewards and promotions. Streaks, achievements, passes, events, daily claims, cashback tiers, and similar mechanics are discretionary promotional features, not earned compensation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue them at any time, and unclaimed rewards may be forfeited. Rewards obtained through bugs, automation, location spoofing, or abuse may be revoked and the account penalized or terminated.
10. Your content. “User Content” is anything you submit: photos, walker moments, stop notes, guestbook entries, reviews, story pins, reactions, and profile content. You keep ownership, and you grant FLIP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish, display, distribute, and promote your User Content in connection with operating, improving, and marketing the service, including to train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine-learning and artificial-intelligence models that improve FLIP. After deletion this licence ends for new uses, except that content already delivered to other users survives as needed to honour their access and records, backup copies persist for a reasonable period, we may retain content for legal compliance, and models already trained are not affected. For everything you upload, you promise that you own it or have the rights to it; it infringes no one’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights; identifiable people consented to being captured; it was captured lawfully under the laws of the place where it was taken; and it is not deceptive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or unlawful. Everything you publish must also meet the Community Guidelines below, which form part of these Terms. We may review, reject, remove, edit, geo-restrict, or restrict any User Content at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Report content in-app; rights holders may send infringement notices to admin@flipthecity.tech.
11. Prohibited conduct. You must not: falsify your location by any means to unlock stops, earn rewards, or trigger completions; use bots or automation; resell, share, or commercially exploit routes, coins, codes, or accounts; scrape or extract route content, including to republish walking tours elsewhere; circumvent payment, entitlement, or moderation systems; abuse refund processes; harass, stalk, or endanger other users or creators; upload malware or interfere with the service; misrepresent affiliation with FLIP or misuse our marks or verification badges; use the app while operating a vehicle; or use FLIP for any purpose unlawful in Hong Kong or wherever you are using it. We may detect and enforce against violations through technical measures, including server-side location validation.
12. FLIP’s intellectual property. The service — software, design, trademarks, the FLIP name and logo, editorial articles, FLIP Originals, curation, rankings, and databases — is owned by FLIP or its licensors. Routes published by creators belong to those creators, as set out in the Creator Terms; FLIP holds the licence described there. Except for the limited licences expressly granted, no rights transfer to you. Feedback you send may be used freely without obligation.
13. Privacy and location. The Privacy Policy below forms part of these Terms. FLIP requires location access to function; you acknowledge that stop-unlock events — including the coordinates and GPS accuracy at the moment of unlock — and walk records (when each stop was opened or skipped, distance, time on route, and, where you allow it, step count) are recorded server-side for entitlement integrity, anti-fraud, and product improvement. Your data may be processed and stored outside the country you are in, including in Hong Kong and our providers’ hosting regions.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability. THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ROUTE CONTENT IS ACCURATE, SAFE, CURRENT, OR LAWFUL TO FOLLOW IN ANY PARTICULAR JURISDICTION. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLIP AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY; PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR FINES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY ROUTE OR PRESENCE AT ANY LOCATION IN ANY COUNTRY; ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF CREATORS OR OTHER USERS; OR LOSS OF COINS, ENTITLEMENTS, REWARDS, OR PROGRESS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLIP’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO FLIP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE AND HK$800. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under Hong Kong’s Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or non-waivable rights under section 3.
15. Indemnification. You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FLIP and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law of any jurisdiction or of third-party rights, or your participation in any route or physical activity connected to the service.
16. App store terms. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms; FLIP never stores your card details. For iOS users: these Terms are between you and FLIP, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support or handle claims relating to the app, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.
17. Changes, suspension, and termination. We may modify these Terms at any time; material changes are notified in-app with the “Last updated” date revised, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance. We may modify, suspend, geo-restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and may require you to install an app update before you can keep using some or all of it. If we permanently discontinue FLIP we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable; unused coins and entitlements at shutdown are forfeited except where a refund is required by law. You may delete your account in-app at any time; deletion is permanent and forfeits coins, entitlements, progress, and unpaid creator earnings below any payout threshold, except where law requires otherwise.
18. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, subject always to section 3’s preservation of your mandatory local consumer rights. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, except where the mandatory law of your country of residence entitles you to your local courts. Where permitted by law, disputes must be brought individually and within one year after the cause of action arises.
19. General. These Terms (with the Community Guidelines, Creator Terms, and Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement. If a provision is invalid, the rest survive. No waiver by inaction. You may not assign these Terms; we may. Neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control. The English version prevails over translations. Sections that by nature survive termination (5, 6, 10, 12, 14, 15, 18) survive.
Community Guidelines
These Guidelines apply to everyone on FLIP — walkers and creators alike — and to everything you publish: routes and stops, story pins, posts and photos, reviews, guestbook and journal entries, comments, and your profile. They form part of these Terms. Moderators apply them when reviewing a submitted route and when acting on a report, and the reason you are given for a rejection or removal points back to the rule below that was broken.
1. What belongs here. FLIP is for first-hand knowledge of real places: the corner you pass every day, the history nobody wrote down, the shop that has been there for forty years. Write in your own voice, about places you actually know, and say something a search engine cannot. Content that is accurate, specific, and generous to the reader is what we publish and promote.
2. Treat people well. Do not harass, threaten, bully, impersonate, or stalk anyone — on FLIP or using anything you found here. No hate speech, and no content that attacks or demeans people for who they are, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation. No sexual content and no gratuitous violence. Content that sexualises a minor is removed immediately, the account is terminated without appeal, and we report it to the authorities.
3. Respect the people in your photos and stories. Photograph and write about people with their agreement, and take down what someone reasonably asks you to take down. Never publish private information — a home address, phone number, workplace, identity document, or anyone's live location — whether or not it is yours to share. Filming and photographing people is regulated differently in every country: your content must have been captured lawfully where you took it, and you are responsible for knowing what that means there.
4. Never put a walker in danger. A route must not send anyone onto private property, into a closed or restricted area, onto railway tracks, into tunnels, onto rooftops, into construction sites or waterways, or across a road anywhere but a legal crossing. Every stop must be somewhere a member of the public can lawfully and safely stand, at the times the route suggests walking it. Safety is the one thing we never weigh against quality: a route that puts someone at risk is rejected however good the writing is.
5. Publish only what is yours. Text, photographs, audio, and video must be your own or licensed for this use. Do not copy another creator's route, lift text from a guidebook, blog, or museum panel, or use images you found online. Do not misuse someone's trademark, and do not imply that a business, museum, or authority endorses your route when it does not. Keep the credits on licensed material, including photographs FLIP sources for your route. Rights holders can send infringement notices to admin@flipthecity.tech.
6. No spam, no gaming the system. We remove repetitive or off-topic posting, undisclosed advertising, affiliate links, and content whose real purpose is to move people to another service. Do not run multiple accounts to promote your own work, trade or buy follows, or manipulate reviews, reactions, or discovery ranking. Reviews must describe a walk you actually did. Nothing may be used to falsify a location, unlock a stop you are not standing at, or claim a reward you did not earn.
7. What a route needs before it is published. Every stop needs real content — photos, text, or audio — not a placeholder. Route information must be accurate and match what a walker will find. Stops must be correctly pinned, and there must be enough of them to justify the walk. Imagery, including the cover image, must be clear and yours. The price must be proportionate to the content, and the theme must match the route. A submission that misses any of these is sent back with the specific area to fix; it is not a judgement of your writing.
8. Reporting and blocking. Every post, pin, review, profile, and route can be reported from its own menu, and you can block anyone from their profile. Reports are confidential — the person you report is never told who reported them. Blocking hides you from each other and removes their content from your feeds. Report anything that breaks these Guidelines rather than replying to it; if someone is in immediate danger, contact the local emergency services first.
9. What happens when these Guidelines are broken. Depending on what happened and what came before it, we may remove the content, reject a submission with a reason you can act on, unpublish a live route (every walker whose walk has not closed is refunded in coins, as section 7 of the Terms sets out), restrict creator tools or posting, or suspend or terminate the account. Coins, rewards, and earnings obtained through prohibited conduct are revoked. Anything involving danger to a person, sexual content involving minors, or illegal activity is actioned immediately, without warning, and may be referred to law enforcement.
10. If you think we got it wrong. Write to admin@flipthecity.tech within 30 days with what was removed or rejected and why you disagree. A reviewer who was not involved in the original decision will look at it again, and we will tell you the outcome. Restoring content is at our discretion, and nothing in this paragraph limits our right under these Terms to remove content or end an account.
Creator Terms
These Creator Terms supplement the Terms and Conditions and apply if you enroll as a creator or submit a route for review. On creator matters they prevail over the general Terms.
Relationship. You are an independent contractor — not an employee, agent, partner, or franchisee of FLIP, with no authority to bind FLIP. Nothing guarantees work, income, visibility, or continued access to creator tools. You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract and receive payments.
Your routes and local law. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and safety of your routes under the laws of the place where each route is physically located — not only Hong Kong. Before publishing you must confirm, for that jurisdiction, that every stop is publicly and lawfully accessible; the route does not direct walkers into danger, onto private property, or into restricted areas; your content was captured lawfully there; and your activity needs no permit or licence you do not hold (including tour-guide or commercial-activity licensing where applicable). Route metadata you set must be accurate and kept current; retire or correct stops promptly when a place closes, changes, or becomes unsafe. FLIP’s moderation review is a quality and policy check only — approval transfers no responsibility to FLIP and confirms nothing about legality or safety.
Publishing and withdrawal. Submitting a route requests publication and confirms it meets the Community Guidelines above; FLIP may approve, reject, request changes, geo-restrict, or unpublish at its sole discretion, at any time. You may withdraw a route at any time; withdrawal permanently ends future earnings on it and triggers automatic coin refunds to every purchaser who has not yet opened a stop; walkers part-way through keep access until their walk closes and are not refunded, so you keep those earnings. If FLIP takes a route down for safety, legal, or policy reasons, every purchaser whose walk has not closed is refunded, including walkers part-way through. As with any refund, the earnings on refunded purchases are clawed back from your balance (and may be offset against future earnings). If enough stops are retired that the experience is materially reduced, the route is withdrawn automatically on the same terms as a withdrawal by you.
Ownership and exclusivity. You own your routes: the text, photographs, audio, video, quizzes, and route design you submit, and also the material FLIP’s team prepares or edits for your route — for example edited audio, written stop text and quizzes, the route page, and photo research. To the extent FLIP holds any rights in that prepared material, it assigns them to you, subject to the licence below. Third-party material, such as openly licensed photographs, stays under its own licence and must keep its credits. Your arrangement with FLIP is non-exclusive: you remain free to publish, sell, or license the same content anywhere else, including on other platforms. You are responsible for securing the same rights from anyone who contributed to your route, such as a co-writer, narrator, photographer, or interviewee.
Content licence. You grant FLIP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable licence to host, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish, display, distribute, and promote your route content in connection with the service and its marketing, and to use it to develop and improve FLIP, including training, fine-tuning, and evaluating machine-learning and artificial-intelligence models. Adapting includes trimming, cropping, captioning, translating, and formatting your content for different screens, languages, and channels; FLIP credits you by name wherever practical. To the extent the law allows, you consent to these changes and agree not to assert your moral rights — including those under Part IV of Hong Kong’s Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528) — against FLIP or its sublicensees for uses within this licence. If you withdraw a route or close your account, FLIP makes no new uses of that content, but the licence survives as needed for walkers who unlocked the route before then (to finish an open walk and keep their records, achievements, and photos), for promotional material already published, and for models already trained.
Revenue share and payouts. You earn a revenue share when a walker purchases your route; free unlocks, coupon or promotional unlocks accrue nothing, and earnings from purchases that are later refunded are clawed back from your balance (which may be offset against future earnings). Earnings are calculated as price paid × deemed net rate (reflecting store and platform costs) × your creator level’s revenue share percentage, each as set by FLIP and modifiable prospectively. Where FLIP funds a discount to the walker (such as the finisher offer), earnings are calculated on the route’s list price instead of the discounted price paid. Tips are remitted at our then-current share. Figures shown in-app before payout are estimates and may be adjusted for refunds, fraud, or errors. Accrued earnings are paid under FLIP’s then-current payout schedule, thresholds, methods, and currency; we may require identity, tax, and banking verification, and may withhold or offset amounts for suspected fraud, refunds, chargebacks, policy violations, or amounts you owe us. You are solely responsible for all taxes and filings on your earnings in your own jurisdiction and for any business registration your activity requires.
Designations and data. Verification badges, creator levels, Top Creator status, broadcast allowances, and discovery placement are discretionary designations FLIP may grant, modify, or revoke at any time; they are not endorsements and confer no vested rights. We do not guarantee visibility, ranking, featuring, sales, or earnings. Information about walkers you receive through creator tools may be used only to operate and improve your routes within FLIP — never exported, used to contact walkers outside the service, or sold.
Indemnity and termination. In addition to the general Terms, you will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FLIP from any claim arising from your routes or conduct — including personal injury or death of walkers, trespass, fines from local authorities, IP infringement, privacy claims from people appearing in your content, and misrepresentations about locations or businesses featured in your routes. Either party may end this agreement at any time; on termination, unpaid legitimately accrued earnings above the payout threshold are paid out, your live routes are withdrawn (triggering walker refunds as above), and the content licence, data, and indemnity clauses survive.
Privacy Policy
FLIP is a location-based guide. We collect the minimum data needed to run the service: your account email, profile name and optional avatar, the routes you purchase, and your progress unlocking stops.
Location. Your live location is used while the app is open to show nearby routes and guide you along an active walk; your continuous position is not stored. When you unlock a stop, we record the coordinates and GPS accuracy of that single moment, and for each walk we store when each stop was opened or skipped plus summary statistics (distance and time on route). These records power your walk history, prevent fraud, and are deleted with your account. Location data is never sold or shared with advertisers. If you allow background location — the app asks when you turn on hands-free audio or start a route with hands-free stops — it is used only during an active walk, to detect arrivals and alert you when you reach a stop.
Motion & Fitness (iPhone). If you allow Motion & Fitness access, FLIP reads the number of steps your iPhone counted between the start and end of a walk and stores that single number with the walk, to show it in your walk summary. We read no other health or motion data. On Android, the step figure is an estimate from walk distance and no sensor data is read. You can turn access off in iOS Settings at any time; the stored step counts are deleted with your account.
Purchases. Payments are handled by the App Store and Google Play. We store a record that you own a route, the price paid, and the transaction id — never your card details.
Notifications. If you allow notifications we store a device push token to send you alerts such as achievements, nearby routes, likes and replies on your posts, a reminder before a walk closes, arrival at a stop, and notice when a route you bought is withdrawn. You can choose which alerts you get in Account → Settings → Notifications, or turn them all off in device Settings at any time.
Usage analytics. We collect first-party, in-app usage events — such as which Discover cards you view, routes you open, purchases, and stops you unlock — to improve the app and understand what content is popular. This data is tied to your account only to power your experience; we do not track you across other apps or websites and show no third-party ads. Content you publish in FLIP — posts, photos, guestbook entries, reviews, and routes — may be used to train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI models that improve FLIP; your account details and location records are not used for this.
Service providers. We use service providers, under contract and only to run FLIP, for: hosting, database, and file storage; processing App Store and Google Play purchases; maps; crash and error reporting; and AI-assisted processing that screens published content for safety, translates posts and routes, powers search, and sorts feedback you send us by urgency. They receive only the data needed for that task and may not use it for their own purposes.
International transfers. Your data may be processed and stored outside the country you are in, including in Hong Kong and the hosting regions of our service providers.
Marketing. We only send marketing emails or promotions if you explicitly opt in under Account → Edit profile → “Send me updates.” You can withdraw consent anytime by turning it off.
Consent records. When you accept these terms, the Creator Terms, or the walk safety notice, we record the document version, time, and screen — proof of consent we are required to keep. These records are deleted with your account.
Your data & deletion. You can edit your profile in the app and permanently delete your account from Account → Edit profile → Delete account. Deletion removes your profile, entitlements, progress, location records, analytics events and notifications.
